Diverso retreat to Japan

I throwing a stone to the pond : why pick a historical and culture rich destination but don't want to secure time to appreciate it ?
If locking inside room for meetings, we can do it anywhere and just hope everyone will create better experience each time .
I am speaking for myself and voice it out .
Compromise won't get you anywhere - or will get you nowhere .
