Lu's son getting married is a big deal to them and be there guest was planned 6 months before , how can Meiling and I miss this promise ?
We drove our new Audi A6 to Taouyang this morning by 10:15 am . This is our first time drive A6 on super highway..
the wedding is so noises : MC is loud , background music wasn't background anymore , it's like a concert hall and all the retired army officers took this reunion a big party to connect , I am good friend to Lu but not a 30 something years old army colleagues with them .
Saw Ah Li today : it's like 10 years I haven't see each other, Qui Chen : his wife remain a dominate character to him ..
we arrive at the venue on time : 12:15 and prepare 16.000 NT red envelopes for the young couple . Lunch delay until 13:30 and finishes by 15:30 .
Meiling and I count the days: we knew Ali and Lu before we get married, I was in the Army still ..and next year will be our 30th wedding anniversary .. time really flies and it ain't easy to live for 30 years...
