It's a " Have Fun " 2017 , bringing up your spirit .
1. Hair is too long
2. Belly it fat
3. Eyes blur
4. Talking without high tone
It's not a good beginning at 2017.
Take Away:
1. Recruiting is an judgment call : whether it's one stop or phase by phase
2. About performances appraisal : you wish to do it by telling story or ditch the numbers ? Choose the right environment
3. No fairness in corporation: ask what other measurement in place other than sales result ?
4. Key question: how to make it work ? And how to make it works better
5. There's times you are in the mode of accountable but not responsible situation .
6. If you don't feel right , find your master , don't be too scientific.
