This morning by 8:30 am with Jason : this is his second annual coaching session . By and large I have known him better .
Today , he will do a rehearsal about how to share his 2016 performance - this is aim for getting the recognition and bounce he claims .
I know there's gap between his 2 supervisor and know the difference between him and D . Fairness isn't quite appropriate to address it . Someone won't be happy with the final bonus distribution.
